About the position

The Operations Crew Member at Imagine Learning is responsible for performing daily warehouse duties to ensure quality products are provided to customers and partners. This full-time position involves picking, packing, and shipping orders, maintaining inventory records, and ensuring a clean and organized work area. The role emphasizes teamwork, attention to detail, and effective communication, contributing to the overall mission of empowering potential through educational solutions.

Responsibilities

• Pick, pack, and ship orders utilizing mobile handheld devices and web-based applications.
• Accurately collate, assemble, label, and put away kits while ensuring products meet quality standards.
• Clearly and accurately mark, barcode, and label stock.
• Safely operate equipment used daily, including heat shrink machines and manual/electric pallet jacks.
• Safely and accurately load and unload pallets of product.
• Maintain accurate inventory records and perform cycle counts using the Warehouse Management System.
• Keep accurate records of required tracking information.
• Maintain a clean and well-organized work area.
• Communicate effectively with managers and teammates.
• Perform daily warehouse duties as assigned.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent and prior warehouse experience, or an acceptable combination of education and experience.
• Intermediate computer proficiency and basic math skills.
• Ability to work cohesively as part of a team.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Effective communication and organizational skills.
• Self-motivated with strong time-management and multi-tasking skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment for long periods while maintaining attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to stand/work on feet for the majority of the workday.
• Ability to lift and carry boxes up to 50lbs.
• Excellent attendance and dependability.
