About the position
The Operations Consultant at UCHealth is responsible for providing consultative services to optimize operations across the division. This role involves managing projects throughout their lifecycle, ensuring effective resource allocation, risk management, and stakeholder engagement to enhance workflow and operational efficiency.
Responsibilities
- Provides consultative services including developing the project scope, deliverables, and manages project implementation.
- Controls resources, risk, conflicts, timelines and costs.
- Meets with stakeholders to understand the current process and optimize the workflow.
- Identifies, secures and coordinates resources necessary for project success.
- Creates standardized processes and workflows that are viable across the region.
- Serves as a mentor and facilitates conflict resolution.
- Designs, implements and optimizes decision trees, templates and operational workflows to meet organizational objectives.
- Requires critical thinking skills, decisive judgement and the ability to work with minimal supervision.
- Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment and take appropriate action.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in related field.
