Operations Business Analyst
About The Position
We’re rebuilding and modernizing how our business operates, and we’re looking for a sharp, hungry Business Analyst who wants to help drive that transformation from the inside. This is a high-exposure role for someone early in their career who wants accelerated growth, real ownership, and the opportunity to work directly with senior leadership on pivotal operational and technology initiatives. You won’t be buried in layers of corporate bureaucracy. You’ll be in the middle of solving real problems across operations, logistics, systems, and process design, helping the company scale smarter and faster! Nice To Haves
- 2+ years of professional experience (internships and coordinator roles absolutely count)
- Exposure to operations, business analysis, process improvement, project coordination, or systems work
- Experience with ERP systems (especially NetSuite), logistics, WMS, or dispatch software is a major plus
- Strong systems aptitude and ability to learn new tools quickly
Responsibilities
- Improve operational workflows across dispatch, warehousing, fulfillment, and order management
- Identify bottlenecks, inefficiencies, and process gaps across the commercial logistics operation, then work cross-functionally to help solve them
- Translate operational needs into clear business and system requirements
- Partner with operations, sales, leadership, product, and development teams
- Support integrations and process improvements across internal systems and emerging AI initiatives
- Help coordinate projects, track execution, and keep initiatives moving forward
- Drive adoption of new processes and systems across the organization
- Earn increasing responsibility and leadership opportunities as you grow in the role
