About the position

The Operations Associate plays a vital role in the store team, focusing on driving profitability and efficiency. This position involves collaborating with the Operations & Visual Management team to execute inventory management processes, support operational functions, and maintain visual standards on the sales floor. The Operations Associate is responsible for ensuring a safe and efficient work environment while delivering exceptional customer service.

Responsibilities

• Execute inventory management processes effectively to maximize accuracy and reduce shrink.
• Investigate and root cause inventory accuracy issues, partnering with the General/Store Manager to escalate process or system gaps.
• Support execution of key operational functions including shipment, receiving, processing, and sales floor recovery.
• Maintain strong visual standards for the sales floor.
• Work closely with reporting, budgets, expenses, inventory control, and vendor relationships to ensure efficiency.
• Support a safe work environment through strong stockroom standards and processes.
• Move dynamically on the retail floor to assess and fulfill business needs.
• Execute company-level operations-focused directives and projects in partnership with the Operations & Visual Management team.
• Assist in processing shipment and ensuring product flow, including visual merchandising placement and replenishment excellence.
• Resolve client needs quickly and effectively to ensure customer satisfaction.

Requirements

• 1+ years prior work experience in a client-centric, sales & operational environment.
• Ability to lift, push, carry or otherwise move up to 50 pounds.
• Ability to lift, bend, kneel, climb, crawl and/or twist, and safely climb up/down a ladder.
• Ability to stand and move for an entire shift.
• Passion for customer service and delivering exceptional experiences.
• Self-motivated with a desire to achieve results individually and as a team.
