About the position
The Digital Learning Solutions (DLS) Operations and Support Analyst is a key role at Purdue University, responsible for maintaining operational excellence at the PNW campus while providing data expertise to the DLS team. This position balances operational support, engagement, and data analytics to ensure optimal performance and support strategic decision-making. The analyst will ensure quality tier 2 support, manage PNW-specific communications, utilize LMS data tools for report generation, and collaborate with stakeholders across the organization.
Responsibilities
- Ensure quality tier 2 support for operational issues.
- Manage PNW-specific communications effectively.
- Utilize LMS data tools for report generation and stakeholder support.
- Perform additional duties as required to support the DLS team.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology, business, data, or related fields.
- 2-3 years of experience in data analytics, LMS administration (Brightspace preferred), project management, and interfacing with vendors and stakeholders.
Nice-to-haves
- Experience in root cause analysis, systems testing, defect tracking, and resolution.
- Knowledge of project management and organizational change management.
- Demonstrated skills in report writing and analytical thinking.
