As we continue to grow, we are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Operations Analyst to support operational reporting, billing processes, financial accuracy, and business operations across our childcare centers. The Operations Analyst is responsible for supporting operational and financial processes across multiple childcare centers. This role focuses on billing operations, reporting, account analysis, collections, operational support, and cross-functional collaboration to help ensure efficiency, accuracy, and consistency across the organization. The ideal candidate is analytical, highly organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, multi-location environment.
