We’re looking for an Operations Analyst to join our Media Operations team in Boston. This is a hands-on execution role — you’ll be the operational engine behind every campaign we run, from the moment an IO is signed to the final delivery of assets to the client. You’ll work closely with the Customer Success team throughout every campaign, serving as the execution arm that ensures what was promised to the client actually happens — on time, accurately, and without the CS team having to chase. You’ll also manage relationships with vendors, photographers, and internal stakeholders across multiple concurrent campaigns. You’re the person who catches the spec error before it becomes a missed install. You’re the one who follows up with the vendor before anyone has to ask. You keep things moving. This role sits at the intersection of process, communication, and execution.
