About The Position

Researches and analyzes problems, policies, services, and systems in order to correct issues and make recommendations to management for enhancements and best practices. Analyzing may be done to resolve issues, keep pace with the market place, and ensure compliance with government regulations or to maximize efficiency.

Requirements

  • High School Diploma or Equivalent
  • Accounting principles, organizational skills
  • Basic banking practices, knowledge of bank products, services and systems
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • PC skills in a Windows environment to include Word/Excel
  • Could occasionally be required to work outside of normal business hours including evenings or weekends.
  • Communicate effectively with internal and/or external customers
  • Stationary 75% of time or greater
  • Move Objects to Maximum 10 lbs

Responsibilities

  • Accountable for the creation of ad hoc and ongoing reports, providing timely and accurate information as directed. Share insights, findings, and suggestions.
  • Perform special projects as directed
  • Participate with technology and system partners to resolve problems and request enhancements. Organize and retrieve information as appropriate. Act as liaison between operations and other internal partners
  • Research and evaluate products and services relative to operating procedures and system functionality; make recommendations for consideration by management
  • Other duties as assigned.
