About the position

The Operations Administrator at The Ascendancy Group (TAG) plays a crucial role in supporting various programs by providing high-quality customer support and program management. This position involves collaboration with senior leadership, government representatives, and TAG employees to ensure effective planning and execution of operations. The role requires maintaining a US Government SECRET security clearance and involves responsibilities related to procurement, training, and programmatic IT support.

Responsibilities

• Provide Program Management support to company-wide programs.
• Support procurement efforts for all operations, including logistics of materials and vendor purchase orders.
• Assist with curriculum-related program closeout requirements as directed.
• Identify, develop, conduct, and maintain TAG internal training.
• Lead efforts to produce Operations' After-Action Reports (AAR) by capturing feedback from supporting personnel and internal staff.
• Support programmatic IT and technical devices for programs.
• Maintain and upkeep classrooms and TAG HQ facility space.
• Manage Training and Exercise related trackers and matrices.

Requirements

• Ability to obtain and maintain a US Government SECRET security clearance.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to make ethically and morally sound decisions in the company's best interests.
• Experience in a fast-paced, high-volume work environment.
• Ability to work on a team and support team members with a positive attitude.

Nice-to-haves

• Knowledge of the Department of Defense (DoD) contracting environment.
• Understanding of the Special Operations Forces (SOF) Community functions and terminology.
• Knowledge of the FAR and DFARS.
• Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
