Requirements

- 2 years of machine operator experience (preferred).
- 2 years of manufacturing experience (preferred).
- Ability to work collaboratively with others.
- Willingness to accept greater responsibility.
- Ability to work with little or no direct supervision.
- Capability to handle high-stress situations.

- Ability to work overtime and be on-call for 24/7 operations.
