Requirements
- High school diploma completed
- Definitive B driver's license (CNH B)
- Experience with automotive mechanical maintenance
- Good communication and customer service skills
- Knowledge in basic diagnosis of light vehicles
Responsibilities
- Perform mechanical services at the client's residence or indicated location, using the company vehicle.
- Execute basic diagnostics and corrective and preventive automotive maintenance services.
- Identify mechanical failures and propose adequate technical solutions.
- Perform minor repairs and technical adjustments post-sale.
- Ensure the quality of service, following company standards and procedures.
- Register services and services performed in internal systems/platforms.
