About the position

The Onsite Virtual Sales Representative at Travel + Leisure Co. is responsible for conducting sales presentations over the phone to current and prospective vacation club owners. This role focuses on building rapport, articulating the benefits of vacation ownership, and generating sales through effective closing techniques. The position offers a unique opportunity to work in a dynamic call center environment with a focus on sales training and performance-based rewards.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct presentations via phone to current owners.
  • Establish commonality and build rapport with prospective and/or current owners.
  • Articulate the benefits of traveling with Travel + Leisure.
  • Generate sales through initializing transactions and utilizing proper closing techniques.
  • Attend ongoing advanced sales and career training.

Requirements

  • 1-2 years of previous commission-based sales experience.
  • High school diploma or GED equivalent.
  • Passion to support the company mission to put the world on vacation.
  • Internal drive to achieve and exceed sales goals.
  • Ability to overcome objections.
  • Excellent verbal communication and active listening skills.
  • Ability to work in a goal and performance-based environment.
