Responsibilities

  • Work directly with Assistant Manager and General Manager, assisting with daily operations and special projects.
  • Assist with resident registration and guests.
  • Coordinate resident educational seminars.
  • Respond to resident requests.
  • Create and distribute resident communication.
  • Monitor and update website information.
  • Record and track compliance information through Association database.
  • Assist with Design Review Committee submittal process and inspections.
  • Monitor software database to uphold guideline standards.
  • Maintain resident database and produce various reports.
  • Assist in the coordination of projects.
  • Process lease contracts.
  • Support meetings of the Board of Directors.
  • Perform other related duties as assigned.

Requirements

  • Self-starter with motivation to complete assigned tasks.

  • Exhibit leadership characteristics, organizational skills, and attention to detail.
  • Customer service oriented, as it relates to dealing with residents and committees within the Verandah Community Association.
  • Ability to maintain professional relations in dealing with clientele and construction/service providers.
  • Must be courteous and reasonable with co-workers, customers, and vendors.
  • Commitment to Association values and goals.
  • Proficient in Microsoft programs, computer and internet skills.
  • Ability to learn various computer database and website programs.
