Requirements

  • Previous order pulling experience preferred.
  • Big box/wholesale retail experience preferred.
  • Previous RF scanner experience preferred.
  • Regular, predictable, full attendance is an essential function of this job.

Responsibilities

  • Performing general warehouse activities including pulling merchandise from a pick list.
  • Moving merchandise from sales floor to staging area.
  • Using handheld scanner to verify merchandise counts and update merchandise locations.
  • Operating equipment.
  • Working within all digital initiatives including: BOPIC, Curbside, Express Pay and Ship from Club.
  • Carrying out job functions and responsibilities as assigned.
  • Supporting the application of club policies, procedures and compliance.
  • Acting with honesty and integrity and leading with the member in mind to address all concerns and to escalate any concerns, as appropriate.

  • Maintaining a clean and organized environment, inside the OMNI Space.
  • Organizing member orders used based on gold standards.
  • Regularly cleaning and maintaining storage bins based on safety standards.
  • Understanding how to access and read production and/or financial performance reporting for your department.
  • Seeing the connection between consistent execution and the positive impact it can have on the business.
  • Processing member purchases in a fast, courteous, and friendly manner by pulling merchandise from a pick list.
  • Utilizing a handheld scanner device (RF) device to pick orders from the sales floor.
  • Using handheld scanner device (RF) to verify merchandise.
  • Moving merchandise from sales floor to staging area.
  • Communicating problems with inventory and/or equipment and communicating expired or short-dated items included on pick list.
  • Communicating with club team when merchandise needs to be replenished.
  • Working with team to have merchandise pulled from reserve area, when possible, to avoid sales floor replenishment.
  • Ensuring all orders are picked in a timely manner to meet all productivity requirements.
  • Working with a high level of urgency to ensure deadlines are met up to and including key performance indicators based on individual performance.
  • Following operational efficiencies, processes and productivity standards with adherence to established SOP for BOPIC, Curbside and Ship from Club.
  • Taking responsibility for individual performance and working with club leadership on individual performance when metrics are not met.
  • Securely packaging the order in accordance with standard operating procedures.
  • Ensuring the SFC area is neat, clean, and organized.
  • Performing general housekeeping duties, including removing trash and cardboard from the work area.
  • Handling damaged goods and spoiled products in accordance with standard operating procedures.
  • Processing returns to the club and making determination on how to handle (via DDR or Membership desk).
  • Maintaining all club policies and procedures, including adhering to proper dress code standards.
  • Meeting OMNI productivity expectations regarding service level agreements (SLA”s), performance metrics and goals.
  • Performing other duties as assigned, including working in other departments as needed.
  • Regular, predictable, full attendance is an essential function of this job.
