About The Position

Chamberlain University is seeking an online, part-time Anatomy & Physiology faculty member for its Bachelor of Science nursing degree program. This role involves engaging undergraduate students in a virtual setting using advanced software to teach Anatomy & Physiology, focusing on the interrelationships between form and function at various organizational levels. The typical coursework includes Anatomy & Physiology I-IV with Lab (BIOS-251 thru BIOS-256), covering topics from basic terminology and cell biology to specific body systems like skeletal, muscular, nervous, cardiovascular, immune, respiratory, digestive, urinary, and reproductive systems. The position emphasizes a passion for teaching, student engagement, and adherence to Chamberlain College's Care philosophy.

Requirements

  • Master's or doctorate in Anatomy & Physiology or very closely related field (Biology, biomedical sciences, medical physiology) with a minimum of 18 or more GRADUATE credit hours earned DIRECTLY in ANATOMY & PHYSIOLOGY coursework (course code prefix ANA/PHY, for example).
  • At least 18-credit hours of online higher education teaching experience is strongly preferred to be considered for this position.

  • Teach Nursing Students in a dynamic online setting.
