About The Position

As the On-Site Operations Manager, you will serve as the primary on-site representative for Washington State University’s Seattle location and operate with a high degree of independence, judgment, and decision-making authority. You will manage the administrative and operational functions of the Seattle office, coordinate executive-level activities, and lead university-wide project planning across multiple campuses. You will act as a key operational advisor to leadership on matters related to space management, event coordination, and program execution. In this role, you will be responsible for program outcomes, operational effectiveness, and resource coordination, requiring advanced administrative expertise and strong independent decision-making.

Requirements

  • A Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field and four (4) years of progressively responsible experience in a field related to the functional managerial area which has included at least one (1) year of supervisory experience.
  • Ability to work fully on-site in Seattle, Washington.
  • A high level of professionalism, reliability, and customer service.
  • Ability to work independently while responding effectively to real-time operational needs.
