- Promote and engage around various benefits, offerings, and services available in the store.
- Support guest services such as order pick up and Drive-up orders, ensuring compliance with policies.
- Maintain a clean and clutter-free work area, gathering abandoned items as needed.
- Demonstrate a culture of ethical conduct, safety, and compliance in all tasks.
Requirements
- Effective communication skills, including the use of positive language and attentiveness to guests' needs.
- Ability to remain focused and composed in a fast-paced environment while accomplishing multiple tasks.
- Welcoming and helpful attitude toward guests and team members.
- Attention to detail while multi-tasking and handling cash register operations.
- Ability to operate handheld scanners and other technology equipment as directed.
