Join us in this role where you'll experience a 10-week immersive summer experience designed to strengthen your development through tailored programming focused on three key aspects: exposure to our core business, vision centered and collaborative experiential learning, and professional development. Welcome to Americas Asset Management. You'll be part of Offshore Asset Management where you, together with your colleagues, will develop an understanding of how the offshore wind business works and provide you with broad exposure to all the functions and stakeholders that support the operations of our growing portfolio. As a team, we own the P&L for our business. We are highly collaborative as we all bring different skills to the table, working on a broad range of issues ranging from commercial negotiations to safety leadership.
Responsibilities
- Developing the annual asset budget
- Collaborating with joint venture partners
- Developing opportunities with cross-functional teams
- Supporting risk management activities
- Presenting updates and insights to internal and external stakeholders.
Requirements
- Delivery oriented, including executing on discrete workstreams and initiatives
- Creative thinking and innovative approach to problem solving
- Possess an analytical mindset, including ability to evaluate and extract insights from an asset's business case
- Maintain structured and organized approach to managing workload, contracts, and engagement with stakeholders
- Strong presentation skills, including comfort with communicating to senior stakeholders in both formal and informal settings.
