This role is responsible for the daily operations of the child care center while maintaining an environment for high quality child care, excellent customer service, and high employee satisfaction. The Office Manager ensures continuous improvement of operations at the site while focusing on human resources management and financial accountability. Supervisory skills are preferred. The ability to operate basic office equipment including a copier, fax machine, computer, and telephone is required. The role requires the ability to work well under pressure and independently, with a strong ability to prioritize work.
