About The Position

Growing Up With Obici is hiring a Full-Time Office Manager. This role is responsible for the daily operations of the child care center while maintaining an environment for high quality child care, excellent customer service, and high employee satisfaction. The Office Manager ensures continuous improvement of operations at the site while focusing on human resources management and financial accountability. Supervisory skills are preferred. The ability to operate basic office equipment including a copier, fax machine, computer, and telephone is required. The role requires the ability to work well under pressure and independently, with a strong ability to prioritize work.

Requirements

  • High School Diploma or Equivalent GED (Required)
  • Valid Driver License with good driving record to drive 15 passenger van
  • Three years of office administrative experience (Required)
  • Ability to operate basic office equipment including copier, fax machine, computer and telephone
  • Ability to work well under pressure and work independently
  • Strong ability to prioritize work

Nice To Haves

  • Supervisory skills preferred
  • Previous early childhood education experience (Preferred)
