Schedule: 1st Shift - Mon-Fri 7 am-3:30 pm - 100% Onsite position Summary: Coordinates activities of workers engaged in recording hours of work, processing time records, compiling payroll statistics, maintaining payroll control records, and calculating payroll by performing the following duties. Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned.

Requirements

  • High School Diploma.
  • Six months to one-year related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Must be authorized to work for any employer in the U.S.

Responsibilities

  • Work in multiple office stations as needed
  • File documents
  • Sort and separate labels
  • Create inbound/outbound files
  • Reviews personnel records to determine names, rates of pay, and occupations of newly hired workers, and changes in wage rates and occupations of employees on payroll.
  • Processes new or changed pay rates with payroll and/or computer files.
  • Computation of pay according to company policy.
  • Interprets company policies and government regulations affecting payroll procedures.
  • Reviews payroll information to ensure accuracy.
  • Determines work procedures, prepares work schedules.
  • Studies and standardizes procedures to improve the efficiency of procedures.
  • Adjusts errors and complaints.
  • Provide reporting to Operations as needed/upon request
  • Review and provide attendance points to the People Function and Operations.
  • Submit sick time and salary information for agency partners
  • Review agency invoices
  • Maintain employee and payroll information confidential
