About the position

The Front Office Associate plays a critical customer service role by providing customers with fast, friendly, accurate service. They are responsible for providing excellent customer service, efficiently and accurately completing sales and service transactions at the cash registers, as well as handling customer issues that may arise on the sales floor. Pay: $18/HR, Weekly Pay.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service
• Complete sales and service transactions at cash registers
• Handle customer issues on the sales floor
• Adhere to asset protection policies and prevent fraud
• Coordinate with multiple departments to improve processes
• Educate customers on the Satisfaction Guaranteed return policy
• Assist with merchandise support tasks
• Respond to public address system announcements
• Use technology to facilitate customer experience

Requirements

• Able to adhere to asset protection policies
• Professional appearance
• Knowledge of company values of accountability, honesty, and safety
• Positive attitude with strong interpersonal skills
• Ability to apply technology including iPads, Excel, and Windows
• Basic reading, arithmetic, writing, and oral communication skills
