About The Position

Southwest Mobile Storage specializes in modifying storage containers for sale or lease. We are seeking a reliable Office Assistant to join our Austin team, where communication and teamwork thrive. As an Office Assistant, you will provide administrative and operational support to branch personnel through customer service, office coordination, scheduling assistance, data entry, document management, and communication support.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook, Teams) required
  • Strong communication and organizational skills required

Nice To Haves

  • 1–3 years of administrative or office support experience preferred
  • Experience with CRM or ERP systems preferred
  • Industry experience (construction, logistics, or operations) preferred

Responsibilities

  • Answer phones, emails, and customer inquiries professionally and efficiently
  • Provide administrative support to management and operational teams
  • Perform data entry, document preparation, filing, and record management
  • Maintain office organization, supplies, and documentation
  • Assist with scheduling, customer communication, and general office coordination
  • Support invoicing, reporting, and administrative workflows as assigned
  • Assist with internal communication and office operations
  • Maintain professionalism and customer service standards
  • Support overall office efficiency and daily operations
  • Perform other duties as assigned
