Responsibilities

  • Answer phones and emails to manage communication effectively.
  • Create work schedules for sales and demo teams.
  • Dispatch teams to ensure timely appointments and adherence to service level agreements (SLAs).
  • Maintain contact with field teams during their shifts to address routing issues.
  • Update customers on the status of their appointments and reschedule as necessary.
  • Answer calls from field teams and relay emergencies to the appropriate channels.
  • Address incoming adjuster questions and resolve customer concerns.

Requirements

  • Strong people skills to interact effectively with customers and team members.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office for various administrative tasks.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
