Momentous is seeking a highly organized, proactive Office Manager to own the day-to-day operations of our office facilities while supporting people operations and cultural initiatives. This role is central to creating a welcoming, functional, and inspiring workplace—ensuring our physical environment, tools, and team moments reflect the quality and care behind the Momentous brand. The Office Manager will manage office logistics end-to-end, from facilities and vendors to equipment and inventory, while partnering closely with People & Culture to support onboarding, offboarding, team events, and engagement. This is a hands-on role for someone who takes pride in operational excellence and loves creating environments where teams can do their best work. The Office Manager will also help us to “own our backyard” by identifying and facilitating ways for Momentous to engage with the local community.
