About the position

The Office Administrative Assistant will support the administrative functions of INFINITE TECHNOLOGIES LLC, contributing to the overall success of the company by performing various clerical and organizational tasks. This part-time role is ideal for individuals looking to utilize their office experience and skills in a dynamic environment.

Responsibilities

  • Draft correspondences and other formal documents
  • Plan and schedule appointments and events
  • Greet and assist onsite guests
  • Answer inbound telephone calls
  • Develop and implement organized filing systems
  • Perform all other office tasks

Requirements

  • Previous experience in office administration or other related fields
  • Ability to prioritize and multitask
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Strong organizational skills
  • Proficient working with Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
  • Working knowledge of QuickBooks & ConnectWise is a Plus

Nice-to-haves

  • Social Media skill set is a plus
