Occupational Therapist (Outpatient) $15,000 Bonus
About The Position
We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Occupational Therapist (OT) to join our client’s high‑performing therapy team in Sierra Vista, AZ. In this role, you will evaluate patients, develop individualized treatment plans, and deliver evidence‑based interventions that enhance functional independence across a variety of clinical environments, including acute hospital, acute rehabilitation, inpatient, medical–surgical, and outpatient settings. You will play a key role in helping patients safely perform activities of daily living, improve mobility, and participate fully in meaningful routines. This position requires strong clinical reasoning, excellent communication skills, and a commitment to high‑quality, patient‑centered care. A $15,000 bonus is included in the total compensation package.
Requirements
- Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy program
- Current Occupational Therapy license in the state of practice
- Basic Life Support (BLS) Certification

- Experience in Outpatient, Rehabilitation, or Acute Care settings
Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive patient evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans
- Deliver therapeutic interventions that promote safety, independence, and functional performance
- Educate patients and caregivers on adaptive strategies, equipment use, and home programs
- Collaborate closely with an interdisciplinary care team
- Maintain accurate, timely documentation in accordance with facility and regulatory standards
- Ensure a safe, organized treatment environment
- Perform additional duties as needed to support exceptional patient care
