Responsibilities

• Evaluate and treat patients requiring occupational therapy services in an acute care setting
• Develop individualized treatment plans to improve patient mobility, function, and independence
• Collaborate with physicians, nursing staff, and rehabilitation teams
• Educate patients and families regarding therapy goals and discharge planning
• Maintain accurate documentation using Epic EMR
• Ensure compliance with hospital policies and therapy standards
