Responsibilities also include documentation, applying insurance guidelines, maintaining a clean work environment, performing manual techniques, and utilizing various therapeutic equipment. The therapist must demonstrate knowledge of age-specific care and participate in performance improvement activities. They will manage their caseload, assist with coverage as needed, and pursue professional growth. Orientation of new staff and participation in coworker evaluations may also be required.
