Occupational Therapist- Pediatric Visits
About The Position
BAYADA is seeking passionate Part-Time Occupational Therapists (OT) to join their Early Intervention and Pediatric team in Delaware. This role offers a flexible schedule and the opportunity to make a significant impact by delivering exceptional care to children and empowering families. Therapists will partner with families using a coaching-based interaction style, empowering caregivers with tools to support their child’s development. Therapy will be delivered in natural environments such as homes, childcare settings, playgrounds, and libraries. The position involves completing weekly scheduled visits and using electronic documentation.
Requirements
- Active Occupational Therapist license in good standing
Nice To Haves
- Birth-to-Five, and/or Home Care experience preferred
- Passion for family-centered, community-based care
Responsibilities
- Partner with families using a coaching-based interaction style
- Empower caregivers with tools to support their child’s development
- Deliver therapy in natural environments — homes, childcare settings, playgrounds, libraries, and more
- Use electronic documentation for each visit
- Complete weekly scheduled visits
