About The Position
Human Touch Home Health is seeking a compassionate Occupational Therapist (OT) to serve patients in Beltsville, Laurel, Silver Spring, Bowie, Greenbelt, College Park, Hyattsville, and surrounding Prince George’s and Montgomery County communities. This role is ideal for an Occupational Therapist who values meaningful patient relationships, clinical autonomy, and the freedom to build a schedule around their availability.
Requirements
- Active Maryland Occupational Therapist license
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
- Excellent communication and documentation skills
Nice To Haves
- Home health experience is a plus
Responsibilities
- Evaluate patients in their homes and develop personalized treatment plans
- Help patients improve daily living skills, safety, and functional independence
- Recommend adaptive equipment and home modifications
- Educate patients and caregivers on techniques that support success at home
- Collaborate with physicians and the interdisciplinary team
- Complete timely and accurate documentation
