About The Position
Human Touch Home Health is hiring a licensed Occupational Therapist (OT) to provide home health services in Beltsville, Silver Spring, Laurel, Greenbelt, Bowie, College Park, Hyattsville, and surrounding Prince George’s and Montgomery County communities. This is a flexible PRN opportunity where you can create your own schedule and provide one-on-one care that helps patients regain independence with daily activities.
Requirements
- Active Maryland Occupational Therapist license
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
- Strong documentation and communication skills
Nice To Haves
- Home health experience preferred
Responsibilities
- Complete occupational therapy evaluations, reassessments, and discharge planning
- Develop individualized treatment plans to improve activities of daily living and functional independence
- Provide skilled therapy services in patients’ homes
- Educate patients and caregivers on adaptive techniques and safety strategies
- Coordinate care with physicians and the interdisciplinary team
