About the position
Benchmark Physical Therapy, a brand partner of Upstream Rehabilitation, is looking for an Occupational Therapist to join our team in Augusta (West). This is an outpatient opportunity where you will join our Outpatient Clinic team and help patients achieve their rehabilitation goals. The position requires competence in basic splinting skills and post-operative injuries. The OT will execute a range of assessments and treatments to patients experiencing orthopedic and musculoskeletal conditions. This is a full-time position with a Monday to Friday schedule, and it includes a sign-on bonus and student repayment options.
Responsibilities
- Specialized evaluations and evidence-based treatment based on each patient's specific needs
- Engagement with patients, clinical teammates, and within the organization
- Setting and achieving personal and professional goals
- Understand and live the company's mission, vision, values, and operational standards
Requirements
- Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy Program
- Current or pending state licensure
