About the position

Key Rehab is seeking a full-time Occupational Therapist to join our team in Topeka, Kansas, specifically in a Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) setting. The role focuses on providing exceptional therapy services while collaborating with an interdisciplinary team to achieve patient goals. The position offers flexibility in scheduling and the opportunity to supervise Certified Occupational Therapy Assistants (COTAs).

Responsibilities

• Assess patients and create individualized treatment plans.
• Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to achieve patient goals.
• Supervise Certified Occupational Therapy Assistants (COTAs) in the SNF setting.
• Maintain flexible scheduling for patient care.

Requirements

• Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy program.
• Active Occupational Therapy license in the state of practice.
• Adherence to Key Rehab's Code of Ethical Conduct and state and federal regulations.
