About the position

The Occupational Therapist position focuses on providing exceptional patient care experiences in lymphedema and oncology rehabilitation. The role involves working across multiple Select Physical Therapy centers in Clarksville, Dickson, and Springfield, TN, as part of the ReVital Cancer Rehabilitation program. The therapist will evaluate and treat patients, ensuring compliance with regulations and maintaining open communication with all parties involved. Responsibilities

• Maintain open and respectful communication with all parties
• Understand and adhere to state practice acts and laws governing OTs
• Complete and maintain required trainings
• Maintain compliance with government regulations
• Evaluate, treat and direct treatment for patients

Requirements

• Successful completion of educational requirements for state licensure or eligibility for a license in Occupational Therapy
• Current Physical Therapy State licensure or eligibility for licensure in the State of practice
• CPR certification required
• Adult outpatient orthopedic experience (student rotations considered)
