Occupational Therapist - Industrial Rehab

About the position

PINN, a brand partner of Upstream Rehabilitation, is looking for an Industrial Rehab Occupational Therapist to join our team in Olympia, WA. Join a busy clinic seeing 300 visits per week! The clinic is staffed by 2 Physical Therapists, 2 Physical Therapy Assistants, 1 Occupational Therapist and 3 part-time massage therapists.

Responsibilities

• Provide specialized evaluations and evidence-based treatment based on patient specific needs.
• Create Work Conditioning and Work Hardening programs to get patients back to work quicker.
• Connect interpersonally with patients and the clinical team within the organization.
• Deliver the highest quality care and meet the standards of clinical excellence.
• Understand and live the company’s mission, vision, values and operational standards.
• Engage in continual learning through professional growth opportunities.

Requirements

• Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy Program.
• Current or pending state licensure.
