About the position

Unity Hospital is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Occupational Therapist to join our inpatient team. This part-time role offers flexibility with the opportunity to work 10-20 hours weekly, primarily focused on evaluations for SNF placements, ICU evaluations, acute care needs, and working with patients in swing bed/rehab status. As the hospital pushes for an expansion of our swing bed program, this role may offer additional hours depending on patient census and hospital needs.

Responsibilities

• Conduct evaluations for SNF placements
• Perform ICU evaluations
• Address acute care needs
• Work with patients in swing bed/rehab status
• Participate in the expansion of the swing bed program

Requirements

• Graduate from an accredited college with an AOTA curriculum
• Current Tennessee OT License
• Current CPR certification
