About The Position
GNR Public Health is seeking a Public Health Nursing Supervisor for the Lawrenceville Health Center. The Nursing Supervisor is responsible for overseeing and coordinating nursing and clinical services within the Lawrenceville Health Clinic to ensure the delivery of high quality, community focused care for our diverse patient populations. This position provides direct supervision and support to clinical staff while ensuring compliance with policy and public health protocols as well as direct patient care as a Public Health Nurse/Clinician.
Requirements
- Associate degree in nursing from an accredited college or university
- one (1) year of nursing experience
- completion of a PHN course within one (1) year of hire
- current Georgia Registered Professional Nurse license
- CPR certification
Nice To Haves
- 2 or more years of experience working in Public Health.
- Experience serving as a preceptor/trainer.
- Experience supervising clinical staff - 2 or more years preferred.
- Experience working in multiple public health programs.
