About the position
The Administrator is responsible for the overall leadership and management of the facility, ensuring compliance with regulations, financial stability, and effective communication with residents and staff. This role involves managing resident services, risk management, communication, documentation, and financial objectives to maintain a high standard of care in a Christian environment.
Responsibilities
- Provide overall leadership and management of the facility.
- Ensure regulatory and organizational compliance.
- Direct and coordinate work for financial and operational stability.
- Manage resident services and respond to customer needs effectively.
- Oversee infection prevention and control activities.
- Create and maintain a culture of safety within the facility.
- Ensure resident rights are protected and HIPAA compliance is maintained.
- Lead the Quality Assurance Performance Improvement (QAPI) Program.
- Communicate effectively with staff, residents, and families.
- Manage financial and operational objectives in collaboration with department teams.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in healthcare administration or related field preferred.
- Ability to be licensed as a Nursing Home Administrator in the state of practice is required.
- Experience in healthcare administration as determined by location.
