About the position
The Nursing Assistant Registered (NAR) at Kadlec Regional Medical Center provides essential support to nursing personnel in delivering patient care. This role involves performing assigned tasks based on skill level and patient needs, as assessed by the Registered Nurse (RN). The NAR works closely with a preceptor, gradually taking on more responsibilities during their residency, while ensuring a safe and organized environment for patients.
Responsibilities

- Support nursing personnel in providing nursing care to patients.
- Assist in maintaining a safe, quiet, clean, and organized environment for patient care.
Requirements
- National Provider BLS certification from the American Heart Association upon hire.
