P/T Nursing Adjunct SIM & Prac Nurs Interv / Child & Adolescence
About The Position
The P/T Nursing Adjunct - Simulation & Practice of Nursing Interventions with Child & Adolescence will be responsible for teaching and supervising undergraduate nursing students in clinical settings and laboratory environments. This role requires a dedicated professional committed to excellence in teaching and student success. The Faculty member equips students with the knowledge and skills needed to secure employment in their chosen field of study by leveraging teaching expertise and experience to foster a positive, nurturing, and effective environment, thereby helping them remain in the program and graduate successfully.
Requirements
- Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of Florida (unencumbered).
- Master of Science in Nursing (MSN) required.
- Minimum two years of recent clinical experience in mental health/psychiatric nursing.
- Excellent communication, organizational, and leadership skills.
- Commitment to promoting a positive and inclusive learning environment.
Nice To Haves
- Prior teaching or precepting experience preferred but not required.
