About The Position

Regina Caeli Academy (www.rcahybrid.org) is seeking part-time Nursery Caregivers for a classical and Catholic classroom. This position is for 14 hours per week during the 2026-2027 academic year, specifically on Mondays and Thursdays from 8:15 am to 3:15 pm. While a teaching certification or formal teaching experience is not required, the ideal candidate will have a deep love for the Catholic faith, be able to sign an Oath of Fidelity to the Catholic Church, and live the Catholic faith daily. The academy provides curriculum and grading guidelines, and tutors receive training in instruction and classroom management according to RCA standards. Childcare/nursery is provided for staff during working hours.

Requirements

• Deep love for the Catholic faith.
• Ability to sign an Oath of Fidelity to the Catholic Church.
• Living the Catholic faith day-to-day, including having received all appropriate sacraments.
• Strong communication skills.
• Good organization.
• Timeliness.
• Traditional view of the student/teacher relationship.
• Availability for mandatory training on August 10 or 11, 2026.
• Clear background check.
