As our National Resident RN, you will experience a dynamic and supportive residency, receiving personalized attention to foster long-term success and cross-training across our interconnected Nursing units. Every day you will deliver individualized patient care by collaborating with physicians and multidisciplinary teams, administering treatments, monitoring vital signs, and educating patients and families, all while embracing varied nursing tasks. To be successful in this role, you will actively engage in our comprehensive, evidence-based Residency Program, utilizing clinical orientation, practice, and mentorship. You will demonstrate a passion for learning and teamwork within a collaborative, patient-centered environment. Builds skills to utilize current evidence based practice knowledge, the nursing process, critical thinking and problem solving skills to provide holistic care to individuals across the lifespan and care continuum. Basic understanding and knowledge of the factors contributing to quality patient care. Basic understanding and knowledge of the operating principles, major issues, governmental regulations, and code of ethics for the healthcare industry. Basic understanding of and ability to assess ailments and injuries of patients and implement a treatment plan. Basic understanding of and ability to provide clinical skills necessary for patient care.

Requirements

  • Oregon RN License
  • AHA BLS
  • Associate's Degree in Nursing
