About the position
HealthPartners is seeking a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join their Urgent Care team in the St. Paul Metro area. This role is integral to providing high-quality care to patients within the largest multi-specialty care system in the Twin Cities. The position requires a current medical license and a minimum of one year of recent acute care experience, preferably in Urgent Care or Emergency Medicine. The successful candidate will work in a supportive environment committed to excellence and compassion in patient care.
Responsibilities
- Provide high-quality urgent care to patients in various clinic locations.
- Collaborate with a team of healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care.
- Maintain current BLS certification and adhere to health and safety protocols.
- Participate in ongoing education and training to enhance clinical skills.
- Manage patient records and documentation accurately.
Requirements
- Current unrestricted medical license as a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant.
- Minimum one year of recent, post-graduate acute care experience, preferably in Urgent Care or Emergency Medicine.
- Current BLS certification for health professionals through the American Heart Association or Red Cross.
