About the position
Hawaiian Bros is currently looking for qualified travel trainers for our new restaurant openings. As a travel trainer, you will be responsible for training staff at new locations, ensuring they are well-prepared to deliver the Hawaiian Bros experience. This role requires a commitment to travel, as trainers typically spend 1-3 weeks at a new opening, and you will also be expected to work in a home store when not scheduled for new openings.
Responsibilities

- Validate in several positions within the restaurant
- Work in a home store when not traveling for openings
Requirements
- Must be 21 years of age to travel (18 years for local openings)
- Reliable and willing to travel
- Ability to be validated in several positions in the restaurants
- Great team player
- Excellent time management skills
- Positive attitude
- Ability to lead by example
- Motivational skills
- Previous restaurant experience encouraged
