About the position
The Nozzle Technician at Menasha Corporation is responsible for performing all aspects of mold preparation, including cleaning and testing nozzles and nozzle blocks. This entry-level position plays a crucial role in ensuring the proper operation of nozzle assemblies and supports production processes through training and collaboration with team members.
Responsibilities
- Build complete nozzle assemblies and test for proper operation.
- Perform prep work to prepare for mold changeovers.
- Train other employees and new hires as needed.
- Follow all company policies and procedures.
- Support in times of need, including production support, vacation coverage, and overtime changeover support.
- Utilize basic hand tools, fasteners, and measuring instruments.
- Complete other duties as assigned.
Requirements
- Relevant work experience in a production-based environment.
- Mechanical aptitude and knowledge of basic hand tools.
