About the position
Soliant is seeking a dedicated Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to support students in developing essential social, communication, and academic skills within a collaborative school environment in Millbrae, CA. This entry-level position is ideal for an RBT eager to make a positive impact on students' lives by implementing behavior intervention plans and fostering a nurturing classroom environment.
Responsibilities
- Implement behavior intervention plans (BIPs) as directed by a BCBA
- Record and monitor data on student progress and behaviors
- Work with students to build and reinforce positive behaviors and skills
- Support teachers and school staff to ensure a nurturing classroom environment
- Communicate progress and updates effectively to team members and families
Requirements
- Active RBT certification
- Minimum 1+ years Behavior Specialist experience required
- Experience working in a school or behavioral health setting preferred
- Strong interpersonal and organizational skills
- Passionate about helping students achieve their full potential
