About the position

Collision Fix, a well-established auto body shop in Pacific Beach, is seeking a Full-Time Front Desk Secretary to join their friendly and professional team. The role involves providing excellent customer service, managing communications, and maintaining an organized front desk environment.

Responsibilities

  • Greet customers and provide a welcoming environment
  • Answer phone calls, emails, and direct customers to the appropriate team members
  • Discuss status updates for vehicles with clients as well as Insurance
  • Schedule appointments and maintain an organized calendar
  • Assist with paperwork, filing, and general office tasks
  • Pick up and drop off vehicles (must have a clean driving record)
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient front desk area
  • Order parts

Requirements

  • Strong attention to detail and exceptional organizational skills
  • Friendly, professional demeanor with excellent customer service abilities
  • Ability to handle a fast-paced work environment
  • Clean driving record (must be able to drive vehicles for pick-up and drop-off)
  • Previous experience in a front desk or receptionist role is a plus (auto body shop experience is preferred but not required)
  • Must be reliable, punctual, and have good communication skills
  • Full-time availability
