Responsibilities
- Join office meetings to reinforce standard operating procedures and set goals.
- Celebrate team members' achievements and practice presentations.
- Assist customers in selecting service plans and redirect them to the tech area for evaluation.
- Understand customer wants, needs, and budget through exceptional listening skills.
- Present and guide customers through the wireless device inventory and service options.
- Close sales by determining the best course of action for customers and processing transactions.
Requirements
- 1 year of customer service experience (preferred)
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Strong communication and listening skills
- Tech-savvy with a good understanding of wireless devices and service plans.
