Responsibilities

• Engage and consultatively sell batteries, light bulbs, and accessory items to retail and commercial customers, both face-to-face and via phone.
• Utilize store resources and expertise to solve customer problems.
• Contribute as a team member to the overall success of the store, including suggesting additional items for customers.
• Perform battery tests, installations, and battery pack rebuilds as trained.
• Perform repairs on devices such as smartphones and tablets as trained.
• Cut and program automotive key fobs as trained.
• Handle cash, control inventory, and maintain the store as required for success.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED.
• Entry-level position with under 1 year of experience preferred.
• Ability to lift 50+ pounds.
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record preferred.
• Good listening and verbal communication skills with a customer focus.
• Organizational and analytical problem-solving skills.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
• Basic math skills including calculating percentages and reading gauges.

Nice-to-haves

• Prior retail experience preferred but not required.
• Demonstrated technical aptitude or technical experience desired.
