About the position

The Director at a One River School is responsible for 4 key pillars of driving school success: new student acquisition, member service, community engagement, and the coaching and development of the team. As a leader, you will build, motivate, and mentor a team of professionals. You will have a system to use, but plenty of opportunity to use your own skills and experience to make your school unique and special.

Responsibilities

• Develop the School Community: Recruit, train and manage a small team. Drive Student enrollment and retention.
• Actively Participate in Community Outreach: Network and market to local area.
• Manage and Develop the School's Community Space: Gallery exhibition curation, manage facility.
• Take Ownership of all Business Management Tasks: Set business goals and track revenue.

Requirements

• 5+ years experience in a small team leadership/management role with proven skills in hiring, training and coaching.
• Strong interpersonal skills, with the proven ability to network, collaborate and build relationships with clients, partners, and staff.
• Strong commitment to providing a high touch, high quality customer experience.
• Strong working knowledge of CRM systems, scheduling, and social media management software.
